511 N Horner Blvd is a duplex in the heart of Historic Sanford, NC. The original 1.5-story bungalow, which occupied the site for 99 years, burned down in 2022. The developer wanted to put a duplex on the site, but use a design that looked more like a modernized version of an historic bungalow single family home to fit in with the neighborhood and pay homage to the original house.

The design is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath with an attached 1-car garage on each side with a large wrap-around front porch which connects both units and creates a unified front facade.
